Sudamala Resort, Senggigi invites guests to an exclusive Four Hands Dinner on 18 July 2025, featuring a collaborative six-course menu by Chef Dorin Schuster, Sudamala Resorts’ Corporate Chef and Group Food & Beverage Director, and Chef Juandi, Executive Chef of Sudamala Senggigi.
With over 30 years of experience, including time in Michelin-starred kitchens and luxury hotels across Europe and Asia, Chef Dorin brings his refined culinary perspective to this special collaboration. Together with Chef Juandi, known for his deep appreciation of local ingredients and flavours, they will present a one-night dining experience blending global technique with regional soul.
The evening begins with curated canapés and welcome drinks at 19:00, followed by a six course wine pairing dinner from 20:00, each dish paired with wines selected to complement the flavour journey. Live saxophone music and the ocean breeze will complete this elegant seaside experience.
